William “Willie” J. Clark, 70, of Newton Falls, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at his residence. He was born on December 2, 1949 in Warren, the son of Elwood and Virginia (Holesko) Clark.
He was a 1968 graduate of Newton Falls High School.
Willie was employed as an electrician at Thomas Steel for 26 years retiring from his duties. He was actively involved with United Steel Workers.
In his spare time Willie enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, spending time at the cabin, and watching TV, especially Bonanza and old Westerns. He was active in the Eagle Club.
Cherished memories of Willie will be carried on by his son Bill (Heather) Clark of Girard, daughters Lisa (Shawn) Huff of Girard, and Natalie (Tom) Howard of Cortland, brothers Ed (Linda) Clark, and Dick Clark, sisters Virginia (Phyl) Hauck, Kathy (Bob) Dillon, and Rosemary Clark, all of Newton Falls, and grandchildren Tawny Desmond, Annik Matteson, Oriana Clark, Brenna Clark, McKenzie McCale, Madysin McCale, Jazmyn Clark, Abigail Howard, and Ethan Howard, great grandchildren Journey, John, and Elliana Desmond.
Preceding Willie in death were his parents and sister Beverly Laney.
Family and friends may call at 4 – 6 PM on Thursday, August 20 at the Bernard P. Borowski Memorial Home in Newton Falls where a celebration of Willie’s life will be at 6 PM.
