William L. Barger

William L. Barger, 76, of Lordstown, Ohio, passed away on Monday, May 17, 2021, at the Country Club Nursing and Rehabilitation in Newton Falls.  He was born on August 8, 1944, in Warren, the son of Alex and Evelyn (Barger) Matyas.

He was a 1962 graduate of Warren Harding High School.

On February 4, 1971 Bill was united in marriage with Nancy Regis in Howland.

Bill was employed as an electrician at General Motors.

In his spare time he enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his puppy Winnie Pooh.

Cherished memories of Bill will be carried on by his wife Nancy, son William Barger, and grandchildren Sam and Noah.

Family and friends may call on Saturday, May 22 from 5 – 6 PM at Bernard P. Borowski Memorial Home where services will follow.
