Dr. Timothy Macklin passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2025. Born on January 3, 1954 in Warren, Ohio, he was the son of Vernon (Gene) and Wanda Force Macklin. After graduating from Newton Falls High School, his love of math guided his college studies, and Tim earned a PhD in electrical engineering from Purdue University in 1981. He went on to retire from Lockheed Martin after 41 years of service.
Tim’s survivors include his wife, Sally; daughters, Courtney (Justin) and Stephanie; granddaughter, Morgan; sister, Rebecca (Thom); and nieces and nephews, Kelsey, Katlin, and Trevor. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Tim’s love for his family, quick wit, and humor will be missed by all who knew him. His family hopes you will honor him by sharing a fond memory with them.
