Theda Marie (Drain) Pigott

Theda Marie Pigott, 81, of Newton Falls, Ohio passed on Friday, January 1, 2021, in the Country Club Nursing and Rehabilitation Campus in Newton Falls, Ohio.  She was born on March 21, 1939 in Shinnston, West Virginia, the daughter of Clovis Ralph and Hazel Mae Duncan Drain.

Theda was a housewife and mother of three. She loved playing bingo and decorating her home, but mostly, spoiling her grandkids was her greatest joy!

She moved to Ohio with her husband and three children in the early 1970’s to Windham, Ohio before moving to Newton Falls, where she has resided since.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Kenneth H. Pigott; her parents, Clovis and Hazel Drain; her sisters, Judy and Patty and her brothers, Bobby and Jerry Drain and Carl Duncan.

Theda is survived by her children, Judith Kalogerou, Valerie (David) Jett and Kenneth Pigott II; her five grandchildren, Christian (Laura) Shinkle, Haley and Tony Kalogerou, Alicia Jett, Brian Jett; her two great-grandchildren, Brooklynn Jett and Bryson English and her three sisters, Gladys Moore of Mineral Ridge , Diane Crim of Cortland and Martha Whipkey of Moundsville, West Virginia.

Cremation has taken place and a private service was held. Theda will be laid to rest with her husband in West Virginia.
