Susan Miller Fetterolf, 77, of Newton Falls, Ohio passed peacefully on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at her residence. Susan was adopted at the age of seventeen months by her parents, William “Bill” and Margaret “Peg” Miller.
She retired as a waitress from Travel Centers of America (TA) in Austintown.
Susan had been given a guitar at the age of six, which encouraged her music interests that were carried with her the rest of her life. Also known as “Suzy Lane, she was a preforming musician for forty years. Among her other interests were bowling, fishing, playing cards, riding motorcycles, stray animals and reading the Bible.
Sue is survived by her loving husband, Gideon “Bud” Fetterolf, whom she married on June 3, 1983; her daughter, Wendi Sue (Jim) Lopez; and her granddaughter, Alexandria Rodi (Nick).
