Robert Ferriman Obituary

Robert E. Ferriman, 82, of Newton Falls, Ohio, passed away on Monday, July 12, 2021 at the Country Club Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was born on December 28, 1938 in Penfield, Oh, the son of Hart and Ruth (Betts) Ferriman.

Robert graduated from La Grange High School in 1956 and went on to serve in the US Army.

He retired from Columbia Gas as a Station Engineer.

He was active in military groups in Newton Falls and Lake Milton: VFW 3332, AMVETS 112, American Legion 236, Newton Falls Honor Guard, Lake Milton AMVETS 737 and placing the flag at cemeteries.

In his spare time he enjoyed collecting arrow heads.

Cherished memories of Robert will be carried on by his son Jeffrey (Paula) Ferriman of Ocala, FL, daughter Tamra (James) Taylor of Medina, OH, brother Ed (Shirley) Ferriman of Wellington, OH, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Preceding Robert in death were his parents, brother Donald Ferriman, and granddaughter Julia Taylor.

Burial will be in Penfield Cemetery.
