Nora Jean Gregory Craig Obituary

Nora Jean Gregory Craig passed away on Monday, December 1, 2025 at home with her love of almost fifty years, Melvin Lutz.  Born on September 10, 1948, Nora was the second daughter of Robert E. and Rosemary M. Gregory.

A graduate of Warren G. Harding High School, Nora embraced the 60’s and 70’s with her love of all things art – lasting her lifetime- with exceptional talent in both pen, charcoals and paint and a special hand creating beautiful stained glass pieces.  Her “art” love also included driving onward for the best of all garage sales.

As with most artists, Nora surrounded herself with outside beauty as well; living among nature, enjoying a wood-burning stove and far too many plants.

Her quiet nature and beautiful smile fill many memories with her daughter, Christina L. Calaway and grandson, Gregory T. Blair.  Also holding early memories are her siblings, Robert E. Gregory (Colette), Suzanne Arambasick, Joseph C. Gregory (Pamela), Rosemary Marshall (Larry) and Maureen Zelman (Henry).

Nora was preceded in death by her sister, Louise Geist.

A celebration of Nora’s life will be held in the spring.
