Nancy Jo Ann Mills Martin, 88, passed on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at Country Club Nursing and Rehabilitation in Newton Falls, Ohio. She was born February 4, 1936 in Warren, Ohio, the daughter of Arnold Kingsley and Dorothy Mae Lyntz Mills and was raised by her grandparents, Frank and Bernice Lyntz.

Nancy graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in January of 1954. She remained a resident of the Warren and Lordstown area until she moved to Florida in 1994.

Nancy married Harold “Buzz” Martin on June 11, 1955. They shared 34 years together until his passing on October 28, 1989.

She had been employed by General Electric at the Trumbull Lamp Plant, retiring after 34 years.

Nancy was a member of the Lordstown Lutheran Church. She enjoyed bowling, golf and flower gardening.

She is survived by her niece, Roberta Hiller; her great nephew, Brad Hiller; her niece Debra Mills; and nephew William Mills.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold and her brother, William Mills; and also her friend and long-time domestic partner, James F. Witmer.

Inurnment will be in Lordstown Cemetery.
