Nancy L. (Cowen) Dalton

Nancy L. Dalton, 69, of Lake Milton, Ohio passed on Monday, January 27, 2020 at the Hospice House in Poland, Ohio.  Nancy was born on July 1, 1950 in Salem, Ohio, the daughter of Lawrence and Olga Jane Shyjka Cowen.   Nancy was a North Jackson High School graduate.

Nancy married her high school sweetheart Thomas “Tommy” J. Dalton, Jr. on January 28, 1967.  She was a loving wife to Tommy and a caring mother to their daughter, Christine.

Nancy enjoyed the sport of archery.  She would become proficient in her skills and participated in many archery events. As a professional, she was among the top competitors in the field.  

Nancy had many varied interests.  Nancy would continue to enjoy operating a karaoke service that was started by her daughter.  Her hobbies included water skiing, white water rafting, going to casinos and gardening.  She loved her time spent with Tommy cruising in their classic cars.

Memories of Nancy will be carried on by her husband, Tommy; her daughter, Christine Albenze of Monroe Falls, Ohio and her grandchildren, Brandon Baltes, Phillip Albenze and Alexis El Khouri.

Nancy was preceded by her parents and her sister, Norma.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in North Jackson Cemetery.
