Mary G. Pfeil, 74, of Newton Falls, Ohio passed on Friday, March 4, 2022, in Continuing Healthcare of Niles.  She was born on December 31, 1947, the daughter of Wayne and Helen Sharec  Pfeil.  Mary was a 1971 graduate of Newton Falls High School.

Favorite pastimes included solving puzzles in wordbooks, listening to Elvis music, caring for animals and being with family.

Mary is survived by her sister, Trudy Houk; her niece, Stacey (Steve) Workman-Lewis; her great niece, Tori; her great nephew, Jacob; and her great-great nephew, Eric Groff.

Preceding Mary were her parents, Wayne and Helen Pfeil; her brother, Jack; and her brother-in-law, Richard Houk.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Borowski Memorial Home in Newton Falls, Ohio.

Interment will follow visitation in St. Joseph Cemetery in Paris Township, Ohio.
