Marjorie "Margie" Louise (Stuart) Davies

Marjorie “Margie” Louise Davies, was born on February 11th 1943 in Tyrone, PA and received her Angel wings on Monday, September 7th, 2020 at her residence at the age of 77.  Margie will be dearly missed.

She was born the daughter of Fannie McEwen and John Stuart II.  Margie was raised by her step mother Roberta K. Stuart and her father John.

She attended college for 2 years and retired from a medical records position in Arizona.

She enjoyed crocheting, playing BINGO and working crossword puzzles.

Margie was an amazing mother of 4 children as well as a loving sister to her 9 siblings. 

Her living children are Kandi Davies and her partner Donald Jones, Tina Hanuscin-Davies and Jeffrey Davies and his wife Christina, and the late Johnny Davies, Jr.  Margie also shared a very loving friendship with her children’s father John Davies, Sr. 

Margie had 9 grandchildren:  Sarah, Bethany, Charles, Baylee, Justin, Hayley, Amanda, Jonathan and Nicholas.  She also leaves behind 12 great grandchildren.

Her siblings include John Stuart, III, Donna Lightner, Renee Woomer, Kenneth Riggleman, Ruth Steele, Clara Lee Riggleman, Jeanette Riggleman and Martha Riggleman.  Daniel Riggleman has preceded Margie in death.

Margie was a great friend to all those around her and they loved her dearly.  She always had a kind word and the most amazing advice anyone could give.  She had a way of lifting up everyone around her creating a brighter day for all.  She always put everyone’s feelings and well-being before her own.  She was without a doubt the most selfless person this world has ever known.

Heaven is rejoicing and the Angels are celebrating her arrival as heaven is now a better place with her there.  She is now running and dancing with her parents and her son Johnny.  We love and miss you Mom.  See you on the other side.

A private gathering has been held.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Bernard P. Borowski Memorial Home.
