Johnny Carlson Barker, 67, of Garrettsville, Ohio passed on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.  He was born on March 11, 1954 in Ravenna, Ohio, the son of Clifford and Rosella Talbert Barker.

He served in the United States Marine Corps and worked as a general laborer in his civilian life.

Fishing was a favorite pastime for Johnny.

Johnny is survived by his children, Charity (Larry) Boggs, John (Lori) Barker and Clifford (Jennifer) Barker; his siblings, Jerry Barker, Wilma Dot Hampton, Loretta Forsythe, and Elaine Barker; his grandchildren, Tobie Barker, Christopher Cody Hershburger, Austin Boggs, Aiden Barker, Aubrey Barker and Samantha Barker. 

He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Boyd Franklyn Barker.

Visitation will be on Friday, February 11, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to noon at the Borowski Memorial Home in Newton Falls, Ohio.

Interment will follow in the Windham Township Cemetery.
