John Robert Mussalow II, 57, of Newton Falls, Ohio passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2021, at St. Joseph Healthcare Center. John was born on October 23, 1963 in Bluefield, VW, the son of John R. and Justine (Bice) and Mussalow Jr.
After receiving his high school education he was employed as a chief for various restaurants, last being Roby Lee’s for ten years.
On August 28, 2008 in Newton Falls John was united in marriage with Nancy Davis.
He attended St. Mary’s Church in Warren.
In his spare time he was an avid Cleveland fan of Indians, Browns and Cavaliers and attended rock music concerts. Above all else he had a passion for cooking and creating food.
Cherished memories of John will be carried on by his wife Nancy “Sweet Pea”, sons John (Mirah) Mussalow, and Joshua Jenkins, both of Warren, daughters Christina Martinko (Derek) of Johnstown, PA, and Rachael (Cody) Adkins of Warren, brother Michael Musslow, VA, sister Julie (John) Pissini of Warren, seven grandchildren Max, Maddie, Seth, Callie, Cloe, Anthony and Dominic, and his 4 legged companion Kosar.
Preceding John in death were his parents, and sister Theresa.
Family and friends may call on Thursday, October 14 from 2 – 4 PM with services following at Bernard P. Borowski Memorial Home in Newton Falls.
The family requests masks that be worn and social distancing be observed.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Bernard P. Borowski Memorial Home.
