John Edward Kucek

John Edward Kucek, 79, of Newton Falls, Ohio passed peacefully on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at his residence after an extended illness.  He was born on February 12, 1943, in New York, the son of John J. and Mary Louise Broncati Kucek. 

In 1966, John began his employment as a die setter with General Motors, retiring in 2002.

He enjoyed betting on the horses and going to flea markets.  He was also a sports enthusiast.

Memories of John will be carried on by his children with whom he lived and who cared for him during his illness, his daughter, Renee Ferry and his son, John W. Kucek; his three grandchildren, Christopher Ferry, Justin Sahli and Erika N. Crago; and his brother, Rodney Drake of Long Island, New York.

Preceding John in death were his parents and his brother, Stephen Drake.
