James "Jim" M. Kiniery

James “Jim” Michael Kiniery, 64, of Leavittsburg, passed away at his residence on Friday, January 17, 2020.  He was born on October 12, 1955 in Warren, the son of Herbert James and Carol Ann (Lavalliere) Kiniery.

He was a 1973 graduate of LaBrae High School.  Jim went on to join the US Marine Corp.  After his honorable discharge he worked as a diesel mechanic, last working for Transport America.

In his spare time he enjoyed riding and working on his Norton Motorcycle.  Jim was an avid reader, especially Stephen King books.  Jim was a history buff and had an expansive knowledge of trivia.

Cherished memories of Jim will be carried on by his sisters Debbie (Tim) Davis of Warren, Patty (Michael) Cayten of Franklin, KY, and Shannon (Curtis) Winland of Braceville.

Preceding Jim in death were his parents, brother Tim Kiniery and sister Sherri Robinson.

Family and friends may call on Friday, January 24 from 6 – 8 PM at the Bernard P. Borowski Memorial Home in Newton Falls where a service will be held at 8 PM.
