Dorothy enjoyed working on word search puzzles, spending time with family, and she was known for baking the best cookies. She is also the cherished aunt of several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and the dear friend of many.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Cooke; son, Kenneth Cooke; and her two brothers Vernon and Glenn Murphy.
