Donna Lynn (Outten) Kesling passed away at her home in Newton Falls on December 21, 2023. She was 71 years old. 

Born on September 5, 1952 in Baltimore, Maryland, Donna was a warm and loving soul to all that met her. She left Maryland in the early 80's to follow her mother to Newton Falls, and build a life there for her family. She made lifelong friendships that have lasted decades, which she very much cherished. She loved taking care of her plants, to which she talked regularly. She also loved her two cats, they were live-in family for her. Above all of that she loved her family. 

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Maxine Outten, and her brothers, Rick and James Outten. She is survived by her children, Amanda (John) Provenzano and Jacob Brown; as well as two grandchildren, Isabella and Dominic Provenzano; brother Steve Outten; and two sisters, Jackie Outten and  Becky Hoppa. 

Donna did not want a funeral, and wanted to be placed on the family farm in WV. Arrangements will be made for a family gathering in the spring.
