Diana M. Crim

Diana M. Crim, 81, of Cortland, Ohio and formerly of Braceville, Ohio, passed away Monday, November 1, 2021, at her residence.  She was born on September 9, 1940 in Dola, WV, the daughter of Clovis and Hazel (Duncan) Drain.

On June 26, 1961 Diana was united in marriage with Arch Crim Jr.  He preceded Diana in death on October 12, 1999.

Diana came to this area from Shinston, WV in 1963.   

She was a member of Braceville Christian Church.

She retired after many years of service where she loved working in the cafeteria and seeing the faces of the students and staff at the school she worked at during her time at LaBrae.  She enjoyed her hobbies of baking and crocheting.  

Cherished memories of Diana will be carried on by her son Dwayne “Mike” Crim of Cortland, daughters Arlene (Ricardo) Henao of NY, and Kimberly Milender of Boardman, sisters Gladys Moore of Mineral Ridge, and Martha Whipkey of Cameron, WV, and grandchildren Mariah, Mercedes, Alfie, and Andre Milender, and Penelope Henao.

Preceding Diana in death were her husband, brother Jerry Drain, sisters Patty Hendershot, and Antheda Pigot, and grandson Michael Johnson.

Private family services will be held.  Interment will be at Braceville Township Cemetery.
