Delbert Allen Starkey, 91, of Newton Falls, OH, Braceville Township, passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022 at his residence.

He was born on August 3, 1930 in Folsom, WV the son of Pearly and Ellen (Price) Starkey.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Bernard P. Borowski Memorial Home in Newton Falls, Ohio.
