Carolyn V. Foltz, 83, of Ravenna, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Portage UH Medical Center. Carolyn was born on December 2, 1938 in Morgantown, WV the daughter of John and Birdina (Hassenpflug) Moore.
After she completed her formal education she enjoyed being a homemaker.
In her spare time she enjoyed fishing, camping, and reading books.
Cherished memories of Carolyn will be carried on by her sons Mark (Tammy) Bozic, and Dennis Sikes, daughters Kathy and Mary Jo, brothers Harry Moore and Richard (Betty) Moore, sisters Ida (Phil) Everman, Ada and Kate, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Preceding Carolyn in death were several brothers and sisters.
Arrangements were entrusted to the Bernard P. Borowski Memorial Home in Newton Falls, Ohio.
