Carl Black Obituary

Carl R. Black, 63, of Newton Falls, passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Health Center. On July 31, 1958 in Buchannon, WV, Carl was born the son of Russell and Ida (Lewis) Black.

He was a 1977 of Newton Falls High School.

Over his career he was employed by S & H Drugs and Robby Lee’s Restaurant.

In his spare time he enjoyed studying history in general but above all else he liked anything Scottish.

Cherished memories of Carl will be carried on by his mother of Newton Falls, sisters Nedra (Leroy) Martin of WV, and Ruth Black of Newton Falls, two nieces Stacy and Regina, and four grandnieces Samantha, Josie, Abbie and Molly.

Preceding Carl in death was his father.

A family service is pending.

Carl’s generosity to others continues as he was an organ donor.
