Barbara Rendinell Obituary

Barbara Lee Rendinell was born February 28, 1939 in Warren, Ohio, the daughter of James E. and Helen Rendinell.  She passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021

She was a 1957 graduate of NFHS and had attended many of the classmate’s reunions.

Her favorite memory of growing up in Newton Falls was living across the street from the Allen girls who were like sisters to her.

Barbara worked over forty years for the Treasurer's Office in Warren.

She was an excellent dressmaker and photographer.  She also enjoyed the camaraderie of her card club group.

A lover of travel, Barbara's favorite destination was Hawaii, visiting there several times, always hoping to move there one day.   She loved to pore over many albums of pictures taken by her in Hawaii and to listen to her many CD's of Hawaiian music.

She also traveled to select countries in Europe once and continued often to fly to Las Vegas to enjoy the sites and shows.

Barbara accompanied her mother to winterize in Florida for many years, staying with her brother and his wife and being with family members there.

She attended the United Methodist Church in Newton Falls.

Barbara was a courageous survivor of cancer since 2000.  Her life was lived with dignity and kindness with always a will to be independent.

Survivors include her brother James (Joan) of FL, nieces Jacqueline Kinkis (Robert), Kathryn Ciccone (Daniel) both of FL, Gina Rendinell (Kenneth) of GA, and great nieces Christina Kinkis and Kayla Kinkis of Fl.

A private family service will be held.  Barbara will be laid to rest next to her parents in Newton Township Cemetery.

Aloha with love, Barbara, til we meet again.
