Yvonne K. (Martin) Almashy

Yvonne K. Almashy, 76, of Newton Falls passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at her residence with her family by her side.  She was born on September 4, 1942 in Hocking, Ohio the daughter of Edward and Elizabeth (Glass) Martin.

Besides being a homemaker she enjoyed collecting dolls, reading, doing puzzle books and attending yard sales.

On March 13, 1987 in Warren, Ohio, Yvonne was united in marriage to Paul Almashy. 

Cherished memories of Yvonne will be carried on by her husband Paul, son Roger Beal, step daughters Debra Todd, Tammy Jo Almashy, step sons Michael and William Almashy, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Preceding Yvonne in death were parents, and a brother Edward “Teed” Martin.

There will be no calling hours or services.

The family asks that you consider making a donation to Hospice of the Valley in Yvonne’s name.

Arrangements are being handled by the Bernard P. Borowski Memorial Home in Newton Falls.
