Linda Lee Dugic, 79, of Newton Falls, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2019 with her loving family by her side. She was born on April 28, 1939 in Newton Falls, the daughter of Lawrence and LaVera (Lotti) (Hammond) Lingo.
Linda was a 1957 graduate of Newton Falls High School.
She was a parishioner of the St. Mary and St. Joseph’s Church.
On July 5, 1958 at the former St. Joseph’s Church in Newton Falls, Robert Frank Dugic and Linda Lee Lingo were united in marriage. They were married for over 60 years when Bob preceded her in death on February 8 of this year.
Linda was an avid Bingo player and had a green thumb raising and growing flowers. She also enjoyed reading, crocheting and cooking for the family.
Cherished memories of Linda will be carried on by her son Bruce Robert Dugic of Newton Falls, daughter Dawn Renee (Jeff) Reinke of Warren, grandchildren Daniel, Darren, and Dylan Bever, Jessica (Colton) Greathouse, and Andrew Dugic, great grandchildren Autumn and Kensley Bever, Addy Greathouse, and a baby Greathouse due in November.
Preceding Linda in death were her husband Bob, infant daughter Vikki Lynne, brothers Donald E. and Larry A. Lingo.
Private family services will be held. Inurnment for Bob and Linda will be at the St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
