Judith Ann (Feidler) Chalker

Judith Ann Chalker, 88, of Southington, Ohio passed peacefully on Saturday, December 28, 2019 in her residence.  She was born in Farrell, Pennsylvania on August 21, 1931, the daughter of Martin L. and Emma Sarah Feidler.  Judy graduated from Chalker High School in 1950.

She had been employed by Ohio Lamp Company for one year and was a homemaker for 60 plus years.  Judy spent many years babysitting and enjoyed watching the Home Shopping Network.  Her grandchildren, Matthew and Kameron and her great grandchild, Skylyn were the lights of her life!

Judy was a member of the Southington American Legion Auxiliary and the Southington Fire Department Auxiliary. 

Judy is survived by her sons, Martin Chalker of Champion and William Chalker II of Southington; her grandson, Matthew H. Chalker of Southington; her granddaughter, Kameron L. Chalker of Braceville; her great granddaughter, Skylyn Star Rienzi of Braceville and several nieces and nephews.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Chalker whom she married on June 16, 1951; her daughter, Star Elizabeth Chalker; her parents, Martin and Emma Feidler; her brother, Martin W. Feidler and her sisters, Evelyn May Babcock, Clara Spetar, Viola Taghon and Doris Lymangrover.

Donations may be made in memory of Judy to the Southington American Legion Post 751, 3145 Warren Burton Rd, Southington, OH 44470.  

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at the Bernard P. Borowski Memorial Home in Newton Falls starting at 9:00 a.m. until the start of the service at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Stephen M. Spurlock officiating.

Interment will be in the Southington Cemetery.
