James L. Gilcher Jr., 68, of Warren, passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2017, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital Forum.  On December 17, 1948 in Warren, James was born the son of James and Margaret (Wolfe) Gilcher Sr.

James proudly served our country in the US Marines.  He was employed as a loader operator at Mesa Materials.

Cherished memories of James will be carried on by his son James Gilcher III of Springfield, daughter Cassandra Harsany of Warren, brothers David, Robert and Raymond Gilcher, sisters Lisa Gearhart and Debbie Rudy, and five grandchildren.

Preceding James in death were his parents, and sister Wanda Cottrill.

No calling hours or services will be observed.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Bernard P. Borowski Memorial Home.
