Charles L. Skeen, 89, of Champion, passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2017, at his residence.  He was born February 29, 1928 in Youngstown, the son of L. and Agnes (Cornwell) Skeen.

Charles proudly served our country in the US Navy.  He was employed by Thomas Steel.  Charles was a member of the Champion Church of the Nazarene. 

Cherished memories of Charles will be carried on by his son Rodney Skeen of Warren, daughter Kathryn Skeen of Chambersburg, PA, sister Ann Greathouse of Champion, 8 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.

Charles was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy, brother Bob, and sisters Lorraine and Marge.

Family and friends may call on Friday October 6 from 11 to noon at the Champion Township Cemetery Chapel where military service will follow.  He will be laid to rest next to his wife Dorothy.
