Tammi L. Hollins, 51, of Warren passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown.

Tammi was born on June 25, 1965 in Ravenna the daughter of Virginia Peral Crawford Travis.

She was employed 31 years at Imperial Skilled Nursing Home.

Cherished memories of Tammi will be carried on by her adopted mother Mamie Duncan, husband Justin Hollins, sons Jason Travis, Zachery Travis and Michael Hollins, brothers Ronald Travis, Randy Crawford Sr., Bill Crawford, Jimmy Travis and Gray Travis, sister Bonnie List, 2 grandson, a granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding Tammi in death were 2 brothers Billy Travis and Darrell Davisson Sr., 2 sisters Diane and Debbie Travis, son Kurtis Travis and granddaughter Kassadine Hollins.

Family and friends may call Saturday April 29 at the Warren Baptist Temple from 1 to 2 PM where services will be held at 2 PM with Pastor James N. Dittmar officiating.

Tammi will be laid to rest in Champion Township Cemetery next to her son Kurtis.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Bernard P. Borowski Memorial Home in Newton Falls.
